Heff was on step two tonight of making prosciutto from the huge ham hocks. The girls crawled up on the counter to watch and Maisie said "BIG OUCHIE DADDY!" and Francie said "This was definitely an UNCLE PIG" (as in not a mommy, daddy or sister pig).
